Kim has worked in the Sales Industry for over 20 years. Initially working in the Design and Configuration of Commercial Security Solutions from Industrial Applications to designing and implementing a State of the Art Security System for one of the country’s largest photography studio’s in the world. Following that position, she was the Sales Executive for a large paper manufacturing converter organization. Kim’s sales territories included NYC, NJ and Long Island focusing on Financial and Retail Organizations. She worked in the IT Industry placing consultants in organizations that utilized enterprise resource planning (ERP) a business management software that allows an organization to use a system of integrated applications to manage their business. The following seven years, she took on her most difficult career move, a full-time mother. Kim then became a full-time real estate agent in 2007 in Charleston, and has taken her career experience and applied it to her business by working with local and relocating families from all over the world. She enjoys sharing her local knowledge and expertise of the current real estate market while meeting amazing people along the way! Living in Charleston since 2005, Kim still has the same passion for the Lowcountry that she had when she first arrived and loves to share that with a great enthusiasm with her clients who have now become dear friends. Charleston is a special place and Kim is always honored to share and educate those who want to call it home.

Having lived in the Charleston area for over 30 years, Kristie has a detailed knowledge of the market and has developed strong relationships with other agents and built a network of service providers. For Sellers, she offers advice on preparing the home for market, expert staging, and targeted marketing with the goal of obtaining top dollar for their home.
While Kristie loves working with clients ranging from first-time home buyers to investors, she has developed a niche in the Luxury Home Market. She has earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation and was awarded Million Dollar Guild member based on sales. She served as the exclusive listing agent for a custom luxury home community in Mt. Pleasant, where she gained valuable experience in design and construction working alongside the builder, developer, and architects.

Prior to her career in Real Estate, Kristie spent over 15 years in the health care industry, initially as an administrator at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and then as a Vice President of a national clinical research company. During that time, she was awarded the 40 Under 40 Award from the Charleston Regional Business Journal. Kristie received her undergraduate degree from the UNC Chapel Hill and her Masters in Health Administration from MUSC. She currently lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband, Derick, a graduate of The Citadel and The University of Charleston Masters in Accountancy program. Her two children currently attend Clemson University. They enjoy boating, traveling, game days in Death Valley, and exploring all the Lowcountry has to offer.
