Kim has worked in the Sales Industry for over 20 years. Initially working in the Design and Configuration of Commercial Security Solutions from Industrial Applications to designing and implementing a State of the Art Security System for one of the country’s largest photography studio’s in the world. Following that position, she was the Sales Executive for a large paper manufacturing converter organization. She worked in the IT Industry placing consultants in organizations that utilized enterprise resource planning (ERP) a business management software that allows an organization to use a system of integrated applications to manage their business. The following seven years, she took on her most difficult career move, a full-time mother. Kim then became a full-time real estate agent in 2007 in Charleston, and has taken her career experience and applied it to her business by working with local and relocating families from all over the world. She enjoys sharing her local knowledge and expertise of the current real estate market while meeting amazing people along the way! Living in Charleston since 2005, Kim still has the same passion for the Lowcountry that she had when she first arrived and loves to share that with a great enthusiasm with her clients who have now become dear friends. Charleston is a special place and Kim is always honored to share and educate those who want to call it home.
